Pineapple Banana Blueberry & Yoghurt Smoothie

My Favourite Smoothies

Summer just began a few days ago and so far it has been wonderful with great temperatures, not too hot and not too cold. I love it!!!! This summer I plan to make fifty different smoothies so watch this space. I shall keep on posting as I make and keep on drinking of course…..

Please note that bananas tend to oxidize and turn brown when exposed to air. It’s always important to add a citric juice like orange when making smoothies with bananas. The other alternative is to add 2-3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice.I added flavoured yoghurt. The smoothie was quite sweet, so you can add plain yoghurt too.

    1. Hi Gretchen,
Frozen pineapple? That’s a new one for me. I wonder whether my little store stocks frozen pineapple. I shall be on the lookout. Thanks for letting me know.
      Best wishes!

    1. Hey Dave,
Nice to hear you’re taking a break. I took one long hell of a break and now I’m trying hard to normalize my blogging habit. I have enjoyed looking at all those lovely cakes and especially the coconut puff biscuits. Boy! they look so delicious! I wish you a restful break!!!
