Orange Cantaloupe and Yoghurt Smoothie

My Favourite Smoothies

Orange Cantaloupe and Yoghurt Smoothie myfavouritepastime.com_3739We  are on a smoothie drinking spree. It started three weeks ago and so far it has been awesome. We drink a different one every morning. This morning we had this orange-cantaloupe smoothie with yoghurt. It was lovely. I used unsweetened yoghurt so it wasn’t very sweet, but if you want it sweeter you’ll need to either use  a flavoured yoghurt or some sweetener of your choice.

I bought a huge bunch of Kale today, I have some avocados in my fruit basket and am thinking of getting some Kiwi fruit. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Look out for this space. They’ll be tonnes of green smoothies coming by. I hope you’re enjoying your summer. Ours is great. We’ve had a few hot days, but overall it has been quite pleasant. I wish you a lovely week and an awesome summer.

  1. Smoothies are such a great way to start the day in the summer. This one looks so refreshing, Liz! It is such a creative and yummy blend of flavors. I’m glad you are having a good summer. We are too, although a little hot, we have a new air conditioner that is working very well and keeping us cool!
