We are on a smoothie drinking spree. The plan is to make and drink fifty different smoothies so watch this space.
Mango Cantaloupe Orange Yoghurt Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serves: 3 x 250ml cups
- 1 cup diced cantaloupe
- 1½ cups fresh mango, diced
- 1 cup orange juice (fresh or boxed)
- 1 cup plain yoghurt (if you want a very sweet smoothie add flavoured yoghurt)
- Combine everything and blend till smooth. Serve.
