My Favourite Smoothies
We have been on a smoothie drinking spree this summer. It has been an amazing experience so far. Yesterday we had an apple-raspberry smoothie. It was good. Not too sweet because raspberries are on the tart side. However, we all enjoyed it.
Apple Raspberry and Orange Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serves: 3 x 280ml cups
- 1 cup unsweetened apple puree
- 1 cup fully packed raspberries
- 1 cup Astro, lime yoghurt (or plain, unsweetened yoghurt if you prefer)
- 1 cup orange juice (100% pure orange juice)
Combine everything and blend till smooth. Serve.
