Why can’t I just eat the salad and enjoy the meal? Now I make once every fortnight and enjoy it thoroughly. I have used this dressing to make: Pasta Salad with Vegetables and Ham. It was a salad worth making a thousand times and more LOL.

  • Ingredients
  • 60ml (1/4cup) plain yoghurt
  • 60ml 1/4 cup) light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoons light cream or milk (optional)

Yogurt-Mayonnaise Dressing

Ingredients

  • 60ml (1/4cup) plain yoghurt
  • 60ml 1/4 cup) light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoons light cream or milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. To make Yogurt Mayonnaise Dressing: whisk yoghurt, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl until creamy and well combined
  2. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Points to Note:

  1. You can halve of double the ingredients as required
  2. If dressing is to thick, thin down with 1-2 tablespoons light cream or milk.
  3. You can vary the ratios of the two main ingredients to suit your situation.
