It’s silky and Nice
I love this dressings but the mayonnaise always makes me feel guilty at the end of the meal. Why can’t I just eat the salad and enjoy the meal? Now I make once every fortnight and enjoy it thoroughly. I have used this dressing to make: Pasta Salad with Vegetables and Ham. It was a salad worth making a thousand times and more LOL.
- Ingredients
- 60ml (1/4cup) plain yoghurt
- 60ml 1/4 cup) light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons light cream or milk (optional)
Please make sure you assemble all ingredients before you start
To make Yogurt Mayonnaise Dressing: whisk yoghurt, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl until creamy and well combined
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Yogurt-Mayonnaise Dressing
Ingredients

Instructions
- To make Yogurt Mayonnaise Dressing: whisk yoghurt, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl until creamy and well combined
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
Points to Note:
- You can halve of double the ingredients as required
- If dressing is to thick, thin down with 1-2 tablespoons light cream or milk.
- You can vary the ratios of the two main ingredients to suit your situation.
