I love eating fruit salad. It’s is the only thing I can make five days a week, without getting tired. I love the crunchiness of the apple, the tartness of strawberry and the juiciness of the melons combined with the sweetness of bananas and grapes. I also love the way the colours blend. I always look forward to assembling the fruit salad. There’s nothing like a huge bowl of fruit to start off the day!
How do you kick off your day?? A cup of coffee? A bowl of cereal? A plate of omelette?

I like to start of my day with a nice, soft, tasty batch of pancakes. But as much as I like pancakes I eat cereal as well it’s a nice easy way to start the day.
I actually take two huge meals a day- a full breakfast, with sausages, egg, bacon and toast/pancakes and a large dinner at six in the evening. In between, I have two small healthy snacks and lots of orange juice.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog. I do full breakfast on the weekend (I call it brunch) so that means I don’t have to cook lunch shortly after!
I don’t have a specific thing that I start every morning off with, but I’d say I start more days of with a bowl of cereal than anything.
