I was out shopping two days ago and found these green cooking bananas from Honduras. They are cooking bananas because they are more starchy than the regular dessert bananas.
I have not yet cooked them but will share a post as soon as I do.

It looks like ‘Singapore Banana’, but in india those used to eat as ripe one.
This one here is for cooking, Tastes really good with spicy coconut sauce.
