Butter and Garlic Sautéed Spinach

This is one of my favourite side dishes. I am not really a fan or frozen spinach. I can’t even remember the last time I bought some but I do love frozen peas.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat add the onion and garlic and sauté stirring frequently until soft, about 5 minutes (do not brown). Add the spinach and cook, stirring frequently over medium high heat until it’s wilted, and most of the water has evaporated, about 5-8 minutes
