Creamed Coconut has 73% fat so should be used sparingly. You can add a few tablespoons directly to food or dilute it to coconut milk consistency.
To dilute it into coconut milk consistency add three tablespoons (45g/1.5oz) to 142ml (generous 1/2 cup) hot water and beat well to mix. Use as you would, coconut milk.
