Worcestershire is a pungent sauce originally made in Worcester, England, by Lea and Perrins.
It contains the following ingredients: Malt Vinegar (Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Refiner’s Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies, Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spices and secret Flavours.
It’s used to flavour food and drinks but also used directly as a condiment on steaks, hamburgers and fries.
It’s used in stir-fries, soups, eggs, beef stew, chilli con carne just to mention a few.
It’s also used to flavour cocktails such as Bloody Mary and Caesar.

Me too!

I saw an episode of “How it’s made” featuring this stuff … the process was kinda gross but … I still love it. 🙂
I hate getting to know how things are made. You can stop eating every processed food on earth. I love using it too!
