Pork Stir-Fry with Garlic Sauce

Stir fry is great for a quick and delicious meal. I’m not sure why I always use more pork than beef? probably because there is a lot of pork tenderloin in my local store. The meal tasted great, there were no left overs. I wish you a very happy week.

Marinate the pork with soy sauce and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large wok or skillet over med-high heat until hot, add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat for one minute. Add the marinated pork and cook for about 3-6 minutes, stirring often until no longer pink and browned. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, then add the carrots and bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-5 minutes or until tender but with a crunch

Combine the ingredients for garlic sauce (garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoi sin sauce, chilli flakes, cornstarch and broth). Whisk to combine.

Add the garlic sauce, peas and the set aside pork bring to the boil. Cook until thickened and piping hot about 2-3 minutes

          Pleasant evening to you!
