Simple Bolognese Lasagna with Peas

Simple Bolognese Lasagna with Peas myfavouritepastime.com

The first time I made this lasagna, I made 6 layers. It was very nice but in subsequent cookings I decided to simplify it into 3 layers. You can add more layers if you wish and more cheese if you wish. You can also omit the peas if you don’t fancy them. Our schools are closed today…SNOW DAY…but the sun is actually out and it’s much more pleasant now.  I wish you a pleasant day. I am planning to make lasagna for dinner tonight.

  1. Excellent recipe. Looks delish! I’ve followed you as your page is very inspiring. I hope you do the same, as you may find mine the same, I practice naked cooking like jamie oliver, I’m conducting the half-blood princess project.

  2. Hi Liz – how much snow did you get? We have bunches, at least 6 inches on the ground and more coming tonight. My kids would like this ricotta-less lasagna, they are not big fans of what they call “sandy” cheese. -Kat

    1. Hi Kat
I took a long break! We have had three huge bouts of snow…today it was raining the whole day. What a slushy and irritating mess. The roads were cleared so I now have a smile on my face!
