I have just made these muffins from All Recipes. They had raving reviews but then I realized there were also a number of negative reviews. They were okay and easy to make. The recipe calls for 1½ cups flour but I just used 225g (8oz) flour and baked them for twenty minutes. I would make them again for sure.

Banana muffins are a favorite,Liz. Tell me, though, why did you cut the flour by a third? As you may recall, I am not much of a baker and would never vary one iota from a baked good recipe. Pasta dishes, however, are a different story completely … 🙂
I think I added 2-3 tablespoons more than the recipe asked for. Pasta is a favourite of mine but I probably don’t cook it as well as you do! Have a nice week!
