My Favourite Smoothies
We are on a smoothie drinking spree. The plan is to make and drink fifty different smoothies so watch this space. Today we used fresh mango and bananas, with yoghurt and orange juice. The smoothie was smooth, tasty and refreshing. What more can I say…???
Mango Banana Orange and Lime Yoghurt Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes Serves: 3 x 250ml cups
- 3 large bananas sliced
- 1 cup diced, fresh mango
- 1 cup orange juice (fresh or boxed)
- 1 cup lime flavoured yoghurt (I used Astro Lime Flavoured Yoghurt)
- Combine everything and blend till smooth. Serve.
